Dynagen Configuration using Etherchannel

This is a configuration file to use with Dynagen and Dynamips. It’s purpose is to allow a particular router combination to be emulated, saving the time in having to craft the Dynagen file yourself. This network consists of one 7200 router and another 3640 router serving the function of a switch.

Using TACACS with Dynagen-Dynamips

Here is a network Diagram containing a Windows host running Dynamips and Dynagen using a loopback adapter to communicate with a single virtual 3640 router.

Dynagen configuration using five 3640 routers

This is a configuration file to use with Dynagen and Dynamips. It’s purpose is to allow a particular router combination to be emulated, saving the time in having to craft the Dynagen file yourself. This network consists of five 3640 routers running both OSPF and EIGRP in the network.

Dynagen Configuration using four 7206 Routers

This is a configuration file to use with Dynagen and Dynamips. It’s purpose is to allow a particular router combination to be emulated, saving the time in having to craft the Dynagen file yourself. This network consists of 7206 routers and will serve as the core of a MPLS network buildout.

Dynagen Configuration using NM-16ESW modules

This is a configuration file to use with Dynagen and Dynamips. It’s purpose is to allow a particular router combination to be emulated, saving the time in having to craft the Dynagen file yourself. This network consists of 3640 routers and NM-16ESW modules.

Dynagen Configuration using Three 1721 Routers

This is a configuration file to use with Dynagen and Dynamips. It’s purpose is to allow a particular router combination to be emulated, saving the time in having to craft the Dynagen file yourself. This network consists of three 1721 routers with 3 Total Lans and 1 Wan

Dynagen Configuration using two 2621XM Routers

This is a configuration file to use with Dynagen and Dynamips. It’s purpose is to allow a particular router combination to be emulated, saving the time in having to craft the Dynagen file yourself.

Introduction to the dynamips hypervisor

This is an explanation of how the Dynamips hypervisor function works. It also gives step by step instructions on how to send commands to the hypervisor via a connected telnet connection.

Dynamips basics

This article explains the very basics of using Dynamips by itself without any additional front ends such as Dynagen or GNS3
